Journaling has many benefits - neuroplasticity, processing, emotional regulation, memory enhancement. It also helps us change perspectives and see ourselves from an observer point of view. In times of loss, when the brain fog is real and the emotional overwhelm is painful, writing about your day and experiences can be a great comfort and help.
