GROUP GRIEF CIRCLE - starting in February
 

We naturally isolate ourselves

when we feel awful.

 

Grief is hard. It's painful and exhausting. 

 

Being in community eases the ache.

 

Sharing our losses

and being witnessed is a balm.

And witnessing makes us realize

we are not as alone as we feel.

We will explore and share, write and tell our stories, connect to, write, tell our stories.​

​

We'll learn some neuroscience and connect to the wisdom of our bodies in a safe circle.

FAQs

​

What can I expect in these circles?

Each session will start with a check in, a question followed by sharing in turn. There will be more intimate sharing with smaller breakout rooms and a closing ritual for each sessions.

What happens if I miss a session?

I will email out the prompts given so you can reflect and write your own story. Due to privacy, sessions will not be recorded.

Will there be homework?

Additional reflection prompts will be given, if you desire to continue the work between sessions.

Why every other week?

A lot of processing will happen in between sessions and it's important to give your body, heart and brain a chance to contemplate. Sometimes it can feel like your snowglobe has been shaken, and the time between sessions allows for the glitter to settle.
